This is just a roughly observed thought that I haven't researched much that I wanted to pen down somewhere.
I just noticed, a large majority of politicians(who have some real worth in our country and don't comprise scum) and civil servants usually have a BA in history which of course leads to other post grad trophy degrees like International Affairs and International Law which invariably may or may not lead to a stint at the United Nations...etc.
Point being, isn't it ironic how studying the history of civilization gives us clues about leading the present generation into a better future. Then would I be wrong in paraphrasing : the past and the future is actually now, this moment? What was = what's going to be = what you do now.
Interconnecting spirituality and cold hard facts :)
